Una grata sorpresa desde la llegada hasta el último momento. Las zonas comunes, espectaculares y super equipadas. El apartamento completísimo. Detalles de agradecer como el café, dulces, desayuno, fruta…todos los trastos necesarios para disfrutar en la playa… Y dispuestos a solventar cualquier necesidad añadida con una atención cercana e inmediata. Wonderful Stay at Apartamentos Estanques – Highly Recommended Stayed here from 11th to 18th June 2025 with my two teenage sons and had an excellent experience. The customer service was outstanding – we checked in very late at night, and they followed up to make sure everything was OK the next morning. Communication was clear and helpful throughout, especially via WhatsApp, with detailed instructions on how to access the apartment, how everything worked, and great local recommendations for places to eat. They were also very accommodating, providing a fan for one of the bedrooms and allowing us a flexible checkout time to suit our late flight. All in all, a great place to stay – clean, well-located, and managed with real care. Would definitely book again. ~ Rod W
We stayed in the renovated ground-floor apartment, and it was perfect for our family with two children. The beds were incredibly comfortable, there was plenty of closet space, and the bathroom was spotless and modern. The kitchen was well-equipped, with a great stovetop and a spacious fridge and freezer. Since we booked last minute, we didn’t have high expectations beyond a clean place to stay. But as soon as we arrived, we were blown away by the attention to detail in the outdoor space and garden. There were plenty of cozy seating areas, a coffee station, a shelf full of books, toys, beach chairs, umbrellas—even cooling boxes for a day at the beach! Everything was designed to make a summer stay easy and enjoyable, especially for beach trips. We highly recommend it! ~ Judith D
Absolute gem of a place,location was perfect,literally 2 min walk to the marina & the beach,there's lovely restaurants to watch the sunset and a mini market & deli a few feet from the apartment. The apartment is beautiful,fully equipped kitchen,we had the ground floor which has a big terrace and a garden area to sit back n relax of an evening,loved the fact it also has a smart tv,so definitely enjoyed some netflix n chill. The host,Alvaro was fantastic,responded immediately to any queries i had.the staff are very polite & helpful too. I would definitely recommend this place in a heartbeat! The photos on the website are accurate,so I'd thought i would put up pics of the area. I can't find any fault,I will definitely be booking this place again. ~ Dee O
Schönes und funktionales Apartment mit zwei Schlafzimmern, Küche und Wohnzimmer. Bei dem Vermieter erkennt man, dass er ein Profi ist. Alles war perfekt geplant und gemanagt. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig gelegen, dennoch aber zentral und alles (Hafen mit vielen Restaurants, Supermarkt, Sandstrand, ....) ist per Fuß leicht zu erreichen. Eine Unterkunft, in die man jederzeit wieder gehen kann. ~ Steffen M
Ich habe zum zweiten Mal dieses Apartment gebucht und bin auch dieses Mal wieder 100 Prozent zufrieden gewesen!! Ich habe nichts auszusetzen, freundlicher, ein zuvorkommender Vermieter, der jeden Wunsch sofort in die Tat umsetzen und nicht zu vergessen Dayne, die das ganze Anwesen tipptopp sauber hält!! Location is perfect. Shops, restaurants, pharmacy and beach is within minutes of walking. Very clean and good looking apartments, and the garden is also amazing. Toys, beach towels, umbrella , sun creams, extra length cables, all provided. Kitchen is perfect for cooking as there is everything you need for a quick dinner. You will find washing machine and dryer too in the garden. Alvaro , the host, is very friendly and helpful. He answered me within minutes and he made sure we have everything we need. Pastries, fresh fruits, coffee, sweets, you will find them all next to the stairs. I can’t recommend this place enough. I hope we will be back again. Special thanks for the cleaning ladies! The apartments in Colonia Sant Jordi truly exceeded our expectations! From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming and spotless. The apartment was perfectly clean and had everything we needed: a well-equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, washing machine, balcony, air conditioning, super comfortable beds, and great soundproofing for a peaceful rest. The hosts were incredibly kind and always ready to help, which made our stay feel even more special. What really stood out was the beautiful courtyard — fresh coffee and sweets for everyone, lots of toys for kids, beach gear, sun loungers, and even a small gym. It felt like everything was thought out with guests in mind. We had such a wonderful stay here and would happily come back again. Nos encantó el apartamento, muy cómodo, limpio, ordenado, con todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable. Fuera del apartamento hay muebles y un espacio muy lindo para pasar el rato en tranquilidad. También tuvimos a disposición café, fruta y algunos snacks lo cual valoramos mucho. Álvaro muy atento en todo momento. Lo recomiendo 100% ~ Andii G
Nos alojamos un matrimonio con una niña de 2 años y medio y había detalles por todas las zonas comunes tanto para ella como.para nosotros. Pudimos entrenar mientras ella jugaba con un montón de juguetes en el jardín, había snacks para peques y mayores, frutas.. Repetiremos 100% y lo recomendamos a todo el que vaya a Mallorca. ~ Lucia F
Das Apartment liegt in einer ruhigen Straße nicht weit zu Fuß zum kleinen Hafen -Strand -Restaurants -und dem besten Eisladen👍Es ist gut eingerichtet und war sehr sauber!Der Gastgeber Álvaro hat sich sehr gut gekümmert-unser Wunsch eine Kaffeemaschine zu bekommen wurde erfüllt-nagelneu✅auch sonst wurde immer gefragt ob alles in Ordnung sei-ja es war perfekt 👌 ~ Rainer R
El apartamento estaba bastante bien, amplio , cómodo y sobre todo bastante lo más que nos gustó es que tenía de todo para la niña, bastantes juguetes y otra cosa a comentar en la planta baja tienen una cafetera con cápsulas , ponen galletitas y cosas. I stayed here for a week with 3 children and absolutely loved it. The apartment was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed — including two comfortable bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and a nice bathroom. The air conditioning worked great, which was very helpful during the hot days. The location was ideal for families: a quiet and safe area, with a charming, short walk to the beach, local restaurants, and shops. It felt peaceful, yet close to everything. Our host made sure we had a pleasant stay. And came with new towels and beach towels whenever we needed. They also had a nice rooftop with sunbeds and seating area. Lovely for at nice getaway from a crowded beach in the evenings. This was the perfect place to relax and spend quality time together. We would happily return and recommend it to other families looking for a comfortable and well-located stay. ~ Linn H
El apartamento superó todas mis expectativas. Era amplio, moderno y muy bonito. Tenía absolutamente todo lo necesario: cafetera con café incluido, cubiertos, toallas, plancha para la ropa… ¡no faltaba nada! Y las zonas comunes tiene cuidado hasta el último detalle: iluminación, música suave y una decoración que invita a quedarse horas. Ya se ve a simple vista que es un sitio diferente. Limpio, cuidado y teniendo en cuenta todo ese tipo de detalles que no se ven en este tipo de establecimientos (cortesía, lencería, utensilios de cocina y limpieza, juegos y juguetes para los más peques, ejercicio, etc) que confirmaron que está varios pasos por delante. Fabulous, ultra-modern, and equipped with everything you need – this apartment is truly a gem. The bed was incredibly comfortable, we slept like babies! The location is perfect, in a super peaceful area, just steps away from both the beach and the center of San Jordi. We also really appreciated the little balcony, where we could have lunch in the sun and relax even in the off-season. The owner, Alvaro, was immediately available for anything we needed. We had a small issue with the toaster, and within minutes, he was there to replace it. The check-in and check-out process was super smooth, and we arrived to a spotless apartment. The kitchenette and living area are spacious, making us feel completely at home. Absolutely unbeatable value for money. We will definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone. Estancia maravillosa en una zona tranquila y con todos los servicios. La gente que trabaja en los apartamentos es muy atenta, siempre pendiente que no falte nada. Todo limpio y ordenado, además de tener una cocina con todo. Disponen de juguetes, sombrillas y otros utensilios de playa disponibles para todos los usuarios. ~ Fernando T
Están muy bien, limpios, suelo de parket y y aire acondicionado, con balcones traseros muy amplios con mesas y sillas. La única pega es que no hay ascensor, tuvimos que subir y bajar las escaleras( de tipo caracol) a mano. Cerca de la playa y zona restaurantes, hay una buena pizzería al lado. ( no molesta el ruido de la gente) ~ Javier M
Abbiamo soggiornato qui una settimana, gli appartamenti sono spaziosi, puliti, con aria condizionata. Proprietario gentile che risponde a qualsiasi domanda. Ci sono i teli per la spiaggia a disposizione inoltre giochi, ombrelloni, sedie da prendere al bisogno. Sicuramente un'esperienza fantastica! Grazie ad Alvaro e al suo staff! ~ Graziana B
Quedamos sorprendidos, con lo impecable y bien acondicionado que estaban todos los espacios. Estoy muy agradecido por su atención y no podría recomendarlo más. Si estás pensando en irnos lo pienses más de verdad es la mejor opción para quedarse en un lugar estilo apartamento por esta zona de la isla Mallorca ~ Oscar R
Heel fijn appartement. De keuken is niet super groot maar alles is aanwezig. zowel het appartement als de gemeenschappelijke tuin zijn super schoon. In de tuin is alles aanwezig dat je nodig hebt voor een dagje strand, fijn! De gastheer reageert snel op berichten. Appartement ligt in het beste stuk van het dorp met een bakker, strand, bar en supermarkt om de hoek. Bedden zijn goed. Prijs/kwaliteit is dik in orde. Zeker een aanrader. ~ Sanne D
Si vas a visitar la Colonia de Sant jordi estos apartamentos son la mejor opción, tanto para viajes con pareja, amigos o familiares. . Apartamentos amplios, limpios y con una ubicación fantástica al centro y a la playa. Además cuentan con todo tipo de necesidades, como utensilios de cocina, playa o juegos de mesa. Álvaro, el propietario, te hará sentir en todo momento como en casa gracias a su gran hospitalidad. Sin duda repetiremos! ~ Benjamín B
Perfekte Unterkunft für den Urlaub, vorallem mit Kindern. Bestes Appartement, in dem wir jemals waren, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Unkomplizierter Kontakt über WhatsApp mit dem Besitzer, dessen Vater vor Ort wohnt und sich liebevoll um alles kümmert. Spielsachen für Kinder, Strandutensilien und Kaffee vorhanden. Lage zum Strand, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeit ebenfalls super. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder ☺️ Danke für die schöne Zeit ~ Kaddy F
友達4人で利用しました。建物の入り口は綺麗なガーデン！ ガラス張りのドア、中は新しく良いサイズ！ ベッドがやや狭いのと壁が薄目なので隣の声が聞こえるのが少し残念。でも、 近くにスーパーやバーがあり立地良し、何よりもコスパ良し！カフェマシーンはdolce-gusto。また利用したい！ ~ EMI P
