We stayed in the renovated ground-floor apartment, and it was perfect for our family with two children. The beds were incredibly comfortable, there was plenty of closet space, and the bathroom was spotless and modern. The kitchen was well-equipped, with a great stovetop and a spacious fridge and freezer. Since we booked last minute, we didn’t have high expectations beyond a clean place to stay. But as soon as we arrived, we were blown away by the attention to detail in the outdoor space and garden. There were plenty of cozy seating areas, a coffee station, a shelf full of books, toys, beach chairs, umbrellas—even cooling boxes for a day at the beach! Everything was designed to make a summer stay easy and enjoyable, especially for beach trips. We highly recommend it! ~ Judith D

Absolute gem of a place,location was perfect,literally 2 min walk to the marina & the beach,there's lovely restaurants to watch the sunset and a mini market & deli a few feet from the apartment. The apartment is beautiful,fully equipped kitchen,we had the ground floor which has a big terrace and a garden area to sit back n relax of an evening,loved the fact it also has a smart tv,so definitely enjoyed some netflix n chill. The host,Alvaro was fantastic,responded immediately to any queries i had.the staff are very polite & helpful too. I would definitely recommend this place in a heartbeat! The photos on the website are accurate,so I'd thought i would put up pics of the area. I can't find any fault,I will definitely be booking this place again. ~ Dee O

Schönes und funktionales Apartment mit zwei Schlafzimmern, Küche und Wohnzimmer. Bei dem Vermieter erkennt man, dass er ein Profi ist. Alles war perfekt geplant und gemanagt. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig gelegen, dennoch aber zentral und alles (Hafen mit vielen Restaurants, Supermarkt, Sandstrand, ....) ist per Fuß leicht zu erreichen. Eine Unterkunft, in die man jederzeit wieder gehen kann. ~ Steffen M

Location is perfect. Shops, restaurants, pharmacy and beach is within minutes of walking. Very clean and good looking apartments, and the garden is also amazing. Toys, beach towels, umbrella , sun creams, extra length cables, all provided. Kitchen is perfect for cooking as there is everything you need for a quick dinner. You will find washing machine and dryer too in the garden. Alvaro , the host, is very friendly and helpful. He answered me within minutes and he made sure we have everything we need. Pastries, fresh fruits, coffee, sweets, you will find them all next to the stairs. I can’t recommend this place enough. I hope we will be back again. Special thanks for the cleaning ladies! Das Apartment liegt in einer ruhigen Straße nicht weit zu Fuß zum kleinen Hafen -Strand -Restaurants -und dem besten Eisladen👍Es ist gut eingerichtet und war sehr sauber!Der Gastgeber Álvaro hat sich sehr gut gekümmert-unser Wunsch eine Kaffeemaschine zu bekommen wurde erfüllt-nagelneu✅auch sonst wurde immer gefragt ob alles in Ordnung sei-ja es war perfekt 👌 ~ Rainer R

Están muy bien, limpios, suelo de parket y y aire acondicionado, con balcones traseros muy amplios con mesas y sillas. La única pega es que no hay ascensor, tuvimos que subir y bajar las escaleras( de tipo caracol) a mano. Cerca de la playa y zona restaurantes, hay una buena pizzería al lado. ( no molesta el ruido de la gente) ~ Javier M

Perfekte Unterkunft für den Urlaub, vorallem mit Kindern. Bestes Appartement, in dem wir jemals waren, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Unkomplizierter Kontakt über WhatsApp mit dem Besitzer, dessen Vater vor Ort wohnt und sich liebevoll um alles kümmert. Spielsachen für Kinder, Strandutensilien und Kaffee vorhanden. Fabulous, ultra-modern, and equipped with everything you need – this apartment is truly a gem. The bed was incredibly comfortable, we slept like babies! The location is perfect, in a super peaceful area, just steps away from both the beach and the center of San Jordi. We also really appreciated the little balcony, where we could have lunch in the sun and relax even in the off-season. The owner, Alvaro, was immediately available for anything we needed. We had a small issue with the toaster, and within minutes, he was there to replace it. The check-in and check-out process was super smooth, and we arrived to a spotless apartment. The kitchenette and living area are spacious, making us feel completely at home. Absolutely unbeatable value for money. We will definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone. Abbiamo soggiornato qui una settimana, gli appartamenti sono spaziosi, puliti, con aria condizionata. Proprietario gentile che risponde a qualsiasi domanda. Ci sono i teli per la spiaggia a disposizione inoltre giochi, ombrelloni, sedie da prendere al bisogno. Sicuramente un'esperienza fantastica! Grazie ad Alvaro e al suo staff! ~ Graziana B

Estancia maravillosa en una zona tranquila y con todos los servicios. La gente que trabaja en los apartamentos es muy atenta, siempre pendiente que no falte nada. Todo limpio y ordenado, además de tener una cocina con todo. Disponen de juguetes, sombrillas y otros utensilios de playa disponibles para todos los usuarios. ~ Fernando T

sehr schöne und gepflegte Apartmentanlage in zentraler Lage - Supermarkt, Bus, Restaurants und zwei Strände in Gehweite. Super Service (allgemeine Waschmaschine und Trockner, Cafe, kleine Snacks und Strand-Utensilien im Garten erhältlich). Auf jeden Fall zum Weiterempfehlen! ~ S

I’m sharing my experience being for the first time at Mallorca in May 25, 2adults, 2youngsters, Colònia Sant Jordi -Estanques appartments. Start of the season. Rooms are well & confortable equipped, very clean, cared with high customer focus. There is a “shared” garden with small playground for small kids, you can take a break there, drink a coffee, take a nap at sunbed or work while the wifi connection in perfect. If any support needed, Alvaro care and his team cares of you. Location is very well, shop 3mins, coffee 3mins, seaside 5mins, harbour 7mins, Thank you & see you again ~ Veri C

友達4人で利用しました。建物の入り口は綺麗なガーデン！ガラス張りのドア、中は新しく良いサイズ！ベッドがやや狭いのと壁が薄目なので隣の声が聞こえるのが少し残念。でも、近くにスーパーやバーがあり立地良し、何よりもコスパ良し！カフェマシーンはdolce-gusto。また利用したい！ ~ EMI P

Nos alojamos 3 amigas en el apartamento Deluxe, tanto el propietario como Jerónima fueron encantadores y muy atentos. Esta en una calle muy tranquila y muy cerca de la playa. Las habitaciones eran amplias y en la terraza se estaba fenomenal. Si volvemos x la zona repetiremos. ~ Ana G

Esta bien. Lo único para personas con movilidad reducida al menos en el apartamento que estuvimos nosotros no está adaptado, no tuvimos esa necesidad. Tiene equipos de todo un poco, lo que más nos sorprendió que también había toallas para la paya y se agradeció. ~ Monica G

Wir waren bestens zufrieden und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Haus ist etwas hellhörig und 1-2 Mal waren bis in die Nacht irgendwo noch "Partygeräsche" (angeregte Unterhaltungen, Lachen...) zu hören. Nicht tragisch, nur etwas nervig, wenn man am nächsten Morgen früh zum Flughafen muss. Ein Backofen in der Küche wäre nicht schlecht, aber das wussten wir ja vorher. Der Service war super, die Wohnung schön und sauber, die Lage ist auch sehr gut. Können uns gut vorstellen, noch mal wiederzukommen! ~ Laurenz
